Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to survey/ measure the Petitioners lands measuring 0.94 cents in S.F. No. 129/ 2B1B and 1129/ 2B2 situate at Enusonai Village Soolagiri Taluk Krishnagiri District based on E.Challan dated 29.06.2022 and his representation dated 03.01.2023 within a stipulated period.

O R D E R

The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to survey/ measure the Petitioners lands measuring 0.94 cents in S.F. No. 129/ 2B1B and 1129/ 2B2 situate at Enusonai Village Soolagiri Taluk Krishnagiri District based on E.Challan dated 29.06.2022 and his representation dated 03.01.2023 within a stipulated period.

2. The petitioner, in respect of the land measuring 0.94 cents in S.F. No. 129/ 2B1B and 1129/ 2B2 situate at Enusonai Village, Soolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District, has given a representation dated 03.01.2023 to survey the land and necessary fee also has been paid by e-challan dated 29.06.2022. Therefore, in order to consider the said application and to do the needful he has moved the present writ petition.

3. Heard Mr.K.Govi Ganesan learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.N.Senthilselvi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

4. Learned Government Advocate submits that the application would be considered and needful would be undertaken by the respondents within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

5. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following order.

"That there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the e-challan submitted by the petitioner dated 29.06.2022 and and representation dated 03.01.2023 and do the needful to survey the petitioner's land, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
