ORDER

WMP. No.4951 of 2026 is ordered subject to the payment of separate court fee.

2.This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent to include the names of the petitioners in patta Nos.1017 and 5066. 3.According to the petitioners, their names ought to have been included in the pattas for the respective properties, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. The petitioners have filed supporting documents in support of their representation seeking for inclusion of their names in patta Nos.1017 and 5066. The petitioners had given a representation on 13.10.2025 to the third respondent seeking for inclusion of their names in patta Nos.1017 and 5066. Since the same was not considered till date, the petitioners have filed this writ petition. 4.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

5.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioners' representation, as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the persons in whose names patta Nos.1017 and 5066 stand and any other third party whom the third respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 6.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

7.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2025 seeking for inclusion of their names in patta Nos.1017 and 5066 issued for the respective properties, after hearing the objections of the persons in whose names patta Nos.1017 and 5066 stand and also any other third party whom the third respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
