ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 06.30 p.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.30655 of 2024 dated 09.12.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30655 of 2024 dated 09.12.2024 is relaxed.
