This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Order-in-Original Serial No.95/2004, dated 18.11.2004 passed by the first respondent.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during the pendency of the writ petition, the dispute https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

involved in this petition has been settled, which came to be recorded before the Apex Court in Crl.Appeal Nos.1177 to 1179 of 2005. To this effect, the learned counsel filed an affidavit dated 12.07.2017 before this Court.

3. In view of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing the prayer sought for in this writ petition. Hence, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
