JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was made by Mr.K.KUMARESH BABU.,J.) This Intra-Court Appeal has been preferred as being aggrieved against the order of the learned Single Judge wherein a panel for the promotion of the Middle School Headmaster at Kelamangalam had been set aside by the learned Single Judge with a direction to include the name of the first respondent also in the list and to strictly adhere to the provisions of Section 41 of the Tamil Nadu Government Servants (Conditions of Service) Act 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the Act).
2. We had also heard an Intra-Court Appeal against the very same order impugned order herein, in W.A.No.107 of 2022, wherein we have heard the respective parties and had pased a detailed order. Therefore, the 2/4
said judgment delivered in W.A.No.107 of 2022, would also apply to the case and following the same, this Intra-Court Appeal is allowed and the impugned order passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.4841 of 2021, dated 11.03.2021 is set aside.
