Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent to consider the application dated 29.07.2019 submitted by the Petitioner under Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Patta Pass Book Act 1983 in respect of the property in the Registration District of South Chennai, Kancheepuram District, Sriperumbudur Taluk situated in Mangadu Village in Survey No. 154/2 to an extent of 1386 Sq. Ft, (Shop Area) Doc. No.11173/2018 Sub-Registration District of Kundrathur. For Petitioner : Mr. M. Ramamoorthi For Respondent : Mr. P.Senthil Additional Government Pleader

Mr. P.Senthilvel, Learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondent, on instructions, states that due to bifurcation of Districts, the property is now transferred from the jurisdiction of the Tahsildar, Kundrathur Taluk, to the Tahsildar, Chengalpattu District. In view of the same, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to make fresh application to the concerned authority and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
