ORDER

(1) This contempt petition is filed by the petitioners alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 01.07.2021 made in WP.No.13667/2021 by the respondent herein.

(2) Mr.V.Jeevagiridharan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court dated 01.07.2021 has been complied with by the respondent. He has also produced a letter dated 28.12.2021 from the respondent addressed to the petitioner herein to that effect. The letter dated 28.12.2021 in Letter No.12916/ME.4/2021-2 is taken on file and record.

(3) The direction of this Court was to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.02.2021. It is seen that the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2021 was considered and the decision taken on the said representation was also duly informed to the petitioner vide letter dated 28.12.2021.

(4) However, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the

petitioner has further grievance. Since the direction of this Court was only to consider the representation and that the representation was duly considered, this Court is unable to find any merit to pursue this contempt petition.
