PRAYER:
Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the letter No.55403/K2/2002-1 dated 4.2.2004 of the first respondent quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to promote the petitioner as Civil Surgeon and Senior Civil Surgeon from the date on which her immediate Junior was promoted with all benefits, Award costs.

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent in letter No.55403/K2/2002-1 dated 4.2.2004 and seeks to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to promote the petitioner as Civil Surgeon and Senior Civil Surgeon from the date on which her immediate Junior was promoted with all benefits, Award costs. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a requisition letter 01.05.2010 to the first respondent stating that she accepts the punishment imposed on her.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the matter between the parties have been settled and he has also submitted the copy of the proceedings in G.O.(D).No.881 dated 31.08.2010. Therefore, nothing survives in the Writ Petition and the Writ Petition may be dismissed as infructuous.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsels, this Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed as infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
