O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15677 of 2013 dated 02.08.2013, in and by which, this Court had directed the third respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint during the course of investigation based on the FIR registered on the complaint given by the auto driver.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that, in the FIR registered against the petitioner herein, now charge sheet has been filed after considering the petitioner's complaint. The said charge sheet is taken on file in C.C.No.198 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Thrikalukundram.

3. Pursuant to the filing of the above charge sheet, the complaint lodged by the petitioner was closed. Thus, the respondents/contemnors have complied with the order of this Court dated 02.08.2013.
