5) of the impugned G.O.Ms.179 dated 06-09-2013 cancelling the earlier G.O.No.216 dated 30.12.2011 as unconstitutional, unfair and opposed to public policy and direct the respondents to revise and re-fix the pay of the petitioner in the post of Elementary School Head Master and grant Selection Grade with effect from 03.07.1990, Special Grade with effect from 03.07.2000 and Super Grade with effect from 03.07.2010, and re-fix the pension accordingly with all consequential benefits and arrears etc. with effect from 01.06.1988 within a period stipulated by this Court.
