Challenging the order passed by the 1st respondent, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on Multiple Occasions, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again directed to be listed on 07.10.2025 under the caption ''For Dismissal'', but today also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.
3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.

M.DHANDAPANI, J This petition has been listed under the caption "For being Mentioned" at the instance of Registry.
2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that an error has crept in the order dated 09.10.2025 in the appearance portion, wherein, the appearance for the petitioner has inadvertently been recorded though none appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 09.10.2025. Similarly, a typographical error has occurred in the prayer portion wherein, the date of the impugned order has been wrongly mentioned as 13.12.2000 instead of 13.12.2022 and therefore, it is prayed that necessary corrections may be made in the said portion of the order.
3. Learned counsel appearing on either side fairly concedes to the above said errors pointed out by the Registry. In such view of the matter, in the order dated 09.10.2025, the appearance recorded in respect of the petitioner shall stand deleted and marked as "No Appearance" and the date of impugned order in the prayer portion shall stand corrected as 13.12.2022.
