ORDER
The petitioner, Sri Ayyappa Educational Trust, has intended to start a pharmacy college under the name and style of Sri Ayyappa College of Pharmacy, in line with the objectives of the petitioner trust by conducting B.Pharm and D.Pharm courses. Though on earlier occasions, the petitioner trust submitted proposals for grant of no objection certificate but unfortunately the second respondent has not granted NOC to start the college on non-compliance of certain issues. However, for the present academic year i.e., 2025-26 according to the petitioner trust, they have complied with all the requirements such as infrastructural and instructional facilities and applied for grant of no objection certificate and it has been pending and since no further action is forthcoming, the petitioner trust has been constrained to approach this Court by way of the present writ petition.
2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also 2/4
as the petitioner has complied with all the requirements and the matter is pending before the respondents for grant of NOC, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, feels it appropriate to direct the petitioner to make a fresh representation along with all required documents, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the respondents, who in turn are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of one month thereafter.
3. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
