ORDER
The Petitioner in the contempt petition filed a writ petition in W.P.No.16528/2012 for issuing a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1/3
respondents to take action based on the representation dated 20.09.2011 for issuance of patta to the members of the above Sangam. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the group of persons and individuals requested the respondents to issue a patta under any scheme of Adi-Dravidar Welfare. They filed the writ petition for getting house site patta. This Court by order dated 09.01.2013 disposed of the writ petition in W.P.No.16528/2012, in the following lines : ''Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 02.01.2013, Mr.Daniel Sundara Doss, Special Tahsildar, Adi Dravidar Welfare Department, Coimbatore, the second respondent herein, appeared in person before this Court. He has produced a Plan showing the Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare layout of house sites in S.F.No.344/2, Velankurichi Village, Coimbatore, North.
2.This Court put a question as to how 1.78 acres of land was alloted for common purpose out of 3.50 acres acquired for house sites to the schedule Caste people. The Special Tahsildar explained that the vast portion of 0.76 acres was alloted to 80 feet scheme road. It is stated by the learned Additional Government Pleader as well as the Special Tahsildar that if the project of laying of Road are dropped, the aforesaid lands of 0.76 acres shall be allotted only to the schedule Caste people. The statement of the learned Additional Government Pleader and the Special Tahsildar is recorded.'' 2/3
3.This contempt petition is filed alleging the disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.16528/2012 dated 09.01.2013. 4.There is no positive direction to any of the respondents in the writ petition. There is no cause for maintaining this contempt and hence this Contempt Petition is dismissed. No Costs.
