This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 451 days to restore the M.P. No.1 of 2013 in S.A.No.893 of 2013, which was dismissed for default on 23.04.2015.

2. Mr.M.Venkatesan, learned counsel for petitioner/appellant appeared and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the above petition and he has also made endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of submissions and endorsement made by learned counsel for petitioner/appellant, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
