The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for a Mandamus directing the respondents to restore the police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

protection granted to the petitioner and his family based on the representations dated 18.11.2011, 25.11.2011 and also 10.07.2012.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
