Side) who is appearing for the first respondent has submitted that during pendency of this petition, investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed on 12.08.2017 and based on the same, the case was taken on file in C.C.No.164 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram and hence this petition has become infructuous.
