This petition has been filed by the accused to quash the FIR in Crime No.13 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) who is appearing for the first respondent has submitted that during pendency of this petition, investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed on 12.08.2017 and based on the same, the case was taken on file in C.C.No.164 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram and hence this petition has become infructuous.
