JUDGMENT

2. The appellant/petitioner is working as an Electrical Inspector and the allegation against the petitioner is that he had misbehaved with a consumer during his inspection. On the contrary, it appears that the appellant/petitioner had pointed out some lapses on the part of the consumer based on which no action seems to have been taken.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we are of the view that the punishment of censure imposed is totally unwarranted. Therefore, we set aside the order passed by the learned Single Judge and also the order imposing punishment of censure. The writ appeal is allowed. No costs.
