C.M.P.No.1724 of 2022 in C.M.A.SR.No.9849 of 2022 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 622 days in filing the appeal against the Judgment and Decree dated 28.01.2020 made in M.C.O.P.No.195 of 2015 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, (Special District Court), Villupuram.

2. Notice sent to the 1st respondent, who is also guardian of the minor 2nd respondent has been returned with an endorsement refused. Therefore, notice is deemed to have been served on the 1st respondent.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in paragraph No.3 of the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 622 days in filing the appeal against the Judgment and Decree dated 28.01.2020 made in M.C.O.P.No.195 of 2015 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, (Special District Court), Villupuram, is condoned.
