It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pending writ petition, the respondents concerned have subsequently extended the benefits and relief sought for in the writ petition Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous. The learned counsel, however seeks leave of this Court to challenge the future benefits, if any, available to the petitioner.

2. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the

appropriate forum for any relief left open to them in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
