C.M.P.Nos.3483, 3477 & 3481 of 2024 in S.A.No.1898 of 2003 G.ARUL MURUGAN, J., The sole appellant in this Second Appeal died on 18.11.2018 and these miscellaneous petitions in C.M.P.Nos.3483, 3477 & 3481 of 2024 are filed to (i) condone the delay of 1750 days in filing application to set aside the abatement, (ii) set aside the abatement, (iii) bring on records of the petitioners herein as legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant, respectively.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the respondents. The learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objection. 3.

Perused the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and also having satisfied with the reasons, these C.M.P.s are ordered. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the second appeal in S.A.No.1898 of 2003. 4.

Post the Second Appeal on 15.03.2024.
