This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to issue a Work Site Inspection Certificate and working condition of the Plants and Machineries Certificates to the petitioner as per the application of the petitioner dated 21.1.2026 (through e-mail) in order to submit his bids through online on or before 10.02.2026 upto 15.00 Hrs in Tender Notification in Tender Notice No. 20/2025-26/HDO/HN dated 07.01.2026 Sl.No.1, CRIF 2025-2026 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. It is informed by the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, that the respondents propose to visit the site on 02.02.2026 and issue the necessary certificates, if all other parameters are in order.

In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to visit the site on 02.02.2026 and issue the necessary certificates, if all other parameters are in order.
