[Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL, J.] Mr.S.Rajakumar, Tahsildar, Thiruvotriyur and Mr.S.M.Senthilnathan, Special Tahsildar, Town Settlement, Thiruvotriyur are present before this Court today and their presence is dispensed with.

2.The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made the following endorsement in the Contempt Petition: "The encroachers approached the CLA (Commissioner of Land Administration) and filed the Appeal and obtained the stay order on 15.03.2018, against the District Collector order dated 12.3.2018. Hence, this Contempt Petition may be closed with liberty to file a fresh contempt petition as per the appropriate order passed by the CLA."

3.Recording the aforesaid facts and in view of the aforesaid endorsement made by the Learned Counsel for the

Petitioner, the present Contempt Petition is closed, granting liberty to the Petitioner to prefer an appropriate Legal Proceedings before the Competent Forum, if it so desires / advised.
