Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to set aside the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level Coimbatore in Crl.M.P.No.8185 of 2017 in C.C.No.10 of 2013 dated 30.01.2018 by directing the learned Magistrate to recall the said witness viz., Bank Manager, Central Bank of India, Kalapatti Branch, Coimbatore, for the purpose of cross examining him and to produce the statement of accounts relating to the period from 01.01.2011 to 31.12.2011 to prove his defence case.
