A.No.729 of 2021 in C.S.S.R.No.92291 of 2020 A.No.729 of 2021 in C.S.S.R.No.92291 of 2020 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN J, This application has been filed seeking leave to institute the suit, since an agreement had been entered into with respect to a Hotel / Resort which is situated outside within the jurisdiction of this Court. There were talks of letting out the said property to lease. These talks however took place within the jurisdiction of this Court.

2. It is therefore stated that the substantial cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court.

3. In view of that fact, leave to sue is granted. Application is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the plaint, if it is otherwise in order.
