This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondent to issue passport to the petitioner based on the application in File No.MA2074316048922 dated 16.06.2022 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that Passport No.W9442626 valid till 06.02.2033 has been issued to the petitioner herein.

3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No Costs.
