Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Declaration, declaring that the activity of the petitioner in selling the licensed products through its distributors by using the Multi Level Marketing System is legal and not in contravention of the provisions of The Prize Chits and Money Circulation (Banning) Act, 1978 and consequently forbear the respondents herein, and their men, servant or agent or anyone claiming under them from in any manner interfering with the lawful business of the petitioner company by conducting seminars and meetings conducted by the petitioner for the distributors and prospective distributors or be freezing Bank accounts or by interfering in the supply and distribution of goods under Multi Level Marketing Scheme or any other.
