CMP.Nos.5111 to 5113 of 2018 in S.A.No.819 of 1998 TKRJ These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 2811 days in setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 4th respondent in the above Second Appeal and to set aside the abatement and also to bring on record the 9th respondent herein as legal heirs of the 4th respondent.

The factum of the death of the respondent and the proposed party being the legal representative are not in dispute. Accordingly, these petitions are allowed.
