This petition is filed to condone the delay of 150 days in filing the above appeal.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondents have filed E.P.No.173 of 2019 and attachment order was passed on 05.02.2021. In view of the same, the learned counsel sought permission of this Court to serve notice to the counsel, who is appearing before the E.P. Court in E.P.No.179 of 2019. This Court permitted the counsel for the petitioner to serve notice on Mr.E.Jayapal Chandran, who is appearing for the respondents in E.P.No.173 of 2019. The learned counsel for the petitioner served notice to Mr.E.Jayapal Chandran, counsel for the respondents on 15.02.2021 in E.P. in person and filed affidavit of service before this Court. Though the Registry printed the name of Mr.E.Jayapal Chandran as counsel for the respondents in the cause list, there is no representation for him.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 150 days is condoned and the petition is ordered. 24.02.2021 Note: Registry is directed to number the appeal and post the matter 'for admission' on 25.02.2021.
