This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent police to file a final report pertaining to Crime No.622 of 2020 dated 12.08.2020 pending on the file of the respondent police within a reasonable time period as fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that on the instruction given by one Mr.Balakrishnan, Sub Inspector of Police attached to the Choolaimedu Police Station that the investigation in Crime No.622 of 2020 has been completed and the final report will be filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondent. 4.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Court directs the respondent police to file the final report within a period of four months from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original petition stands ordered.
