... Respondents Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed, under the Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to transfer the petitioner from the 4th Respondent management to 3rd Respondent management as Secondary Grade Assistant Teacher.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to direct the respondents to transfer the petitioner from the 4th Respondent management to 3rd Respondent management as Secondary Grade Assistant Teacher, who was working as Teacher in the 3rd respondent school from 1975 onwards.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the writ petitioner on attaining the age of superannuation, retired from service and therefore, the prayer has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
