ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Alleging that the detenue, who is the wife of the petitioner, is in the illegal custody, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that pursuant to the complaint given by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the detenue against the petitioner before the Social Welfare Officer, she was referred to the Home in which she is residing as of now.

3. In view of the above, we do not find any illegal detention involved in this case and the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
