(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471 & 506 (2) of IPC, in Crime No.Not Known of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that current paper pending against the petitioners on the file of respondent police.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, the respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if any prima facie case is made out against the petitioners, the respondent police shall register the First Information Report or close the petition enquiry.
