Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records comprised in A.N.1(1)/ 18371/2014 dated 17.8.2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent, quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to undergo training as Tahsildar without insisting upon the qualification of Cr.P.C. Part-II Exam by virtue of G.O.(Ms) No.1120, Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department dated 30.10.1984, thereby, extending the same benefit as that of G.O.(2D).No.343, Revenue (Work3(2)) Department, dated 5.6.2015.
