ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner and her family members.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that no complaint is received against the petitioner, but, the petitioner has lodged a complaint against some persons and only for enquiry purpose in that complaint, the petitioner was called and he was not subjected to any harassment.

4. If the petitioner lodged a complaint, he has to cooperate for enquiry. If he is called for enquiry with regard to his complaint, he cannot say that the said act is an harassment. 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the aforesaid observations, this petition is disposed of.
