Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to consider the representations dated 22.11.2017 and 27.11.2017 submitted to the respondent's herein and pass orders within a time frame as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court for reinstatement of the petitioner in to services with all the back wages and attendant benefits thereto. O R D E R

The grievances of the writ petitioner is that on account of the initiation of disciplinary proceedings, he was terminated from service.

2.The Approval Petition filed by the Management under the Industrial Dispute Act, was rejected by the Competent Labour Court. Thus, the writ petitioner submitted a representation to the first respondent on 27.11.2017 to grant of benefits including reinstatement.

first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 27.11.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copies of the documents and orders, if any, along with the order passed in the present writ petition.

4.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
