Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the Second Respondent bearing Ref. Na. Ka. No. 63128/C3/E1/2009 dated 16.07.2012 transferring the Petitioner to Vellore and the consequent order of the Fifth Respondent, viz., the Headmaster, asking the Petitioner to be relieved by order bearing Ref. Na. Ka. No. 107/2012 dated 17.07.2012 and directing the Respondents herein to continue to retain the Petitioner as B.T. Assistant (Mathematics) in the Government Higher Secondary School, C.M.D.A. The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the Order in Ref. Na. Ka. No. 63128/C3/E1/2009 dated 16.07.2012 passed by the Second Respondent by which the Petitioner was transferred from Arumbakkam, Chennai to Natham, Vellore.

It has been brought to notice by Learned Government Advocate appearing for the First to Third and Fifth Respondents that the Second Respondent by Proceedings in Na. Ka. No. 63128/C3/E1/2009 dated 29.08.2023, the impugned order of transfer has been cancelled and its copy has been placed on record. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition.

In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
