The present Contempt Petition has been filed by petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.4767 of 2014 dated 24.02.2014, wherein this Court has directed respondents therein to consider the request of the petitioner afresh, in the light of the judgment delivered in W.A.No.455 of 2013 dated 07.03.2019, which was confirmed by Hon'ble Supreme Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
