This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the XVI Fast Track Court Judge, George Town, Chennai to complete the trial in S.C.No.147 of 2013 relating to Crime No.521 of 2010 on the file of the second respondent.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the sessions case relates to the year 2013 and the trial has not yet been completed. Stating so, she prayed for a direction to the Trial Court to complete the trial within a stipulated time frame. 3.Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, takes notice for the respondents.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and also the fact that the crime number is of the year 2010, the learned XVI Fast Track Court Judge, George Town, Chennai is directed to complete the trial in S.C.No.147 of 2013 relating to Crime No.521 of 2010 on the file of the second respondent, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
