C.M.A.Nos.657 and 1474 of 2013 C.M.A.Nos.657 and 1474 of 2013 These Civil Miscellaneous Appeals have been listed today under the caption, ''For Being Mentioned''.

The learned counsel appearing for both the parties submitted that, at para No.22 of the order, dated 28.03.2019, passed in the above appeals, a calculation error has occurred while computing the loss of income, as the loss of income was wrongly mentioned as Rs.13,10,400/-, instead of Rs.12,09,600/-. The said error had occurred in para No.26 also and consequently, the total award amount mentioned at para No.26 (i.e. Tabular column) as well as the para No.27 (ii) would stand reduced to Rs.21,10,600/- instead of Rs.22,11,400/-. Therefore, the learned counsels prayed that necessary corrections shall be made in appropriate places.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. In view of the same, this Court directs the Registry to carry out the following corrections:- i) The loss of income mentioned at para No.22 in two places shall be as Rs.12,09,600/-, instead of Rs.13,10,400/-. http://www.judis.nic.in

C.M.A.Nos.657 and 1474 of 2013 ii) Consequently, the total award amount mentioned at para No.26 (i.e. Tabular column) as well as the para No.27 (ii) shall be as Rs.21,10,600/- instead of Rs.22,11,400/- 4.

After carrying the afore said corrections, fresh amended copy shall be issued by tomorrow (i.e. 03.03.2020).
