Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceeding issued by the third respondent District Educational Officer in O.Mu.No.7360/A2/2017 dated 19.01.2018, quash the same and further direct the third respondent District Educational Officer to approve forthwith the appointment of petitioner as Record Clerk in the fourth respondent school namely K.G.Girls Higher Secondary School, Annur w.e.f. the date of appointment viz. 01.12.2017 with all attendant benefits including the arrears of salary and allowances.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 would submit https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that as ordered by this Court dated 12.03.2018, a sum of Rs.10,000/- has been paid to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority. He has produced a receipt thereof for the above said payment and has also placed on record a proceeding dated 24.03.2018 appointing the petitioner as Record Clerk. 2.In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3, this writ petition is allowed. No costs.
