O R D E R

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent by order dated 27.12.2023 processed the applications received for appointment of non Hereditary Trustees to the temple in question and appointed one Singaram as non Hereditary Trustees. Therefore, the direction issued in the writ petition has been duly complied with.

2. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order appointing Singaram as a non Hereditary Trustee, it is for him to challenge the same in the manner known to law.

3. The learned learned Government Advocate would submit that the order appointing Singaram as non-Hereditary Trustees will be communicated to the petitioner by post, the said statement is recorded. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed.
