This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for the wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.24304 of 2017 dated 21.06.2023.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the order passed in W.P.No.24304 of 2017 dated 21.06.2024 has been stayed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.1953 of 2024 on 12.07.2024 and she has also produced a copy of the same to this Court. 3.It is not a limited stay order granted by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court. Hence, this contempt petition is closed for the present.
