Mr. K. Dhananjayan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file an appeal as against the order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 10.03.2008 under Section 47-A of the Stamp Act.

2. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is open to the petitioner to file an appeal challenging the order dated 10.03.2008 passed by the 2nd respondent, in accordance with law. No costs.
