PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the respondent police to include relevant Sections of POSCO Act in Crime No.774 of 2015 dated 04.03.2015 pending on the file of respondent police.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to include relevant Sections of POSCO Act in Crime No.774 of 2015.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case is pending before the learned Judge, Mahila Court (Fast Track Court),Thiruvallur, in Spl.S.C.18 of 2016. Examination of all the witnesses are over and the case is posted for arguments on 12.03.2019. 3.In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition becomes infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
