CORAM
THE HONOURABLE Ms. JUSTICE P.T. ASHA C.R.P(PD).No.859 of 2019 & C.M.P.No.5607 of 2019 Mr.Rajendran
...Petitioner
Vs Mallika ... Respondent Prayer: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the fair and decretal order passed in I.A.No.117 of 2017 in H.M.O.P.No.3 of 2015 dated 27.11.2018 on the file of the Sub Judge, Avinashi.
For Petitioner :
Mr.C.S.Saravanan
ORDER
The above Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the Subordinate Judge, Avinashi in I.A.No.117 of 2017 in H.M.O.P.No.3 of 2015 whereby the learned Judge has directed the husband/respondent to pay
a sum of Rs.3,000/- as monthly maintenance as against the demand of Rs.10,000/- by the revision petitioner and a sum of Rs.3,000/- towards the litigation expenses. Considering the cost of living the above sum in my opinion is barely sufficient to meet day to day expenses of the person. I find no infirmity in the order passed by the Subordinate Judge, Avinashi.
In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. 04.03.2019 kan Index: Yes/No Speaking order/non-speaking order To, The Subordinate Judge, Avinashi.
