Order This petition has been filed for issuance of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order dt.18.7.2010 issued by the respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to grant patta in the name of the petitioner to the Sarkar Poramboke land measuring an extent of 0.0179.0 sq. metre comprised in TSLR 59, Ward A, Block 8 of Seetharampalayam, Thiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that a show cause notice was issued to the petitioner as if he encroached the Government poromboke land. However subsequently the District Collector has passed an order dated 17.05.2011 and in view of the said subsequent order, nothing remains for further adjudication in this Writ Petition.
3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 27.04.2022 sk 2/4
