O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to take further action on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.01.2019 Vide C.S.R.No. 76 of 2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after receipt of the petitioner's complaint dated 24.01.2019, vide C.S.R.No.76 of 2019 was issued and after preliminary enquiry, the said complaint was closed on 24.01.2019 itself.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the accused has appeared before the second respondent and admitted that he has received the amount but even thereafter, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the second respondent has not taken any action on the petitioner's complaint and hence the petitioner has sent another complaint on 22.10.2019 to the first respondent and on the said complaint also, no action has been taken.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor by way of reply has submitted that after closing of the first complaint, the petitioner has sent second complaint through the first respondent and the same has been forwarded to the second respondent and the said complaint also closed in view of the closure of the earlier complaint.

6. Considering the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. The second respondent is directed to send intimation with regard to the closure of the petitioner's complaint by RPAD within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy which is available under the law.
