PRAYER : This petition has been filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, against the fair and decreetal orders dated 27.11.2021 passed in E.P No. 22 of 2014 in O.S No. 307 of 1994 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Arni, Tiruvannamalai District.

ORDER

The petitioners herein filed this petition against the fair and decreetal orders dated 27.11.2021 passed in E.P No. 22 of 2014 in O.S No. 307 of 1994 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Arni, Tiruvannamalai District.

2. There is no representation on the side of the petitioners.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents/decree holder submitted that after Mediation the petitioners agreed to vacate the premises and hand over the possession to the respondents on or before 31.01.2024 and this court also directed them to vacate the premises. But, the petitioners are not yet comply with the order of this Court. Further, the execution proceedings also pending before the Trial Court.

4. Considering the conduct of the petitioners, the executing Court is directed to pass the order in execution proceedings as per manner to law

within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. No Costs. Consequentially, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
