(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition. He states that he is aggrieved by a particular action of the respondent authorities and in that context, he wants to assail particular G.Os. 2.We made it clear that we are not inclined to entertain a petition challenging the manual as in the present case because that is merely a compilation of all the GOs. If some action is taken against the petitioner and in the context of that action, he wants to challenge any particular G.O., then that petition would have to be preferred in that particular manner. 3.Endorsement is made.
4.Writ petition, accordingly, stands dismissed as withdrawn in terms aforesaid. No costs.
