SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY J., I heard Mr.K.Mohanamurali, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader on behalf of the Registration Department. 2.This writ petition is filed for a Writ of Mandamus to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 27.07.2010 seeking release of the Release Deed dated 26.03.2007, which was registered with the second Respondent on 27.03.2007.
3. Mr.Mohanamurali submits that the subject matter of the writ petition is the Release Deed executed and registered by the third Respondent in favour of the Petitioner. Notwithstanding the disputes between the Petitioner and his siblings, he submits that the Release Deed should be duly registered and released by the Registration Authorities.
4. Mr.Pappiah submits that the Registration Department would consider the representation dated 27.07.2010 and pass orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law.
5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the Official Respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 27.07.2010 and the objection of the third Respondent, if any, in accordance with law and to pass orders thereon, on merits, by way of speaking order, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
